On Friday, we had a rare boys night only at The Plough in Durrington. A great night was had, but we had an interesting chat with someone before we started… A fan of the band, she said she has seen us a few times including at Music in the Rec earlier this year. “In fact, you wished me a happy birthday!”. And if you head over to http://www.breakcoverband.com/listen/ and click “Stop Breaking Down Blues”, you can hear it as well! Thanks for having us, and hopefully will be back there soon!
What a great gig! It is a little out of our normal beaten track, well, for most of us… But a great night was had. It is always going to be a good night when you have such an appreciative audience!!! Thank you to Rich Page for warming the crowd up for us, and to Col Redfearn for looking after us, and hope to see you all again sometime soon.
Two gigs in two days… Firstly at The Wig and Quill and then at The Old Ale and Coffee House. Fantastic weekend and an amazing crowd at both venues! Thank you all for coming!!!!
As you might have seen on the youtube videos, we did quite a bit of recording at Durrington’s Music in the Rec gig. In fact, we had three cameras and a digital recording desk running secretly underneath the main mixer! The benefit of that, is that we have made a proper Live CD! Please do have a word with Ken on the sound desk at the next gig for a CD, but if you want to listen to it now, just hit play below and turn it up loud!
And on to our latest gig, The New Inn Music Festival! And the grand entrance for our new vocalist, Jemma!
A set of photos from our gig at Durrington Recreation Ground. Music in the Rec in July 2017!
A set of pictures from our gig at Queen Elizabeth Gardens in Salisbury for the Music in the Park series of concerts.
Here is a set of pictures from our gig at the Amesbury Carnival in June 2017.
Hi there! Well, there hasn’t been many updates from the band website for a while… Mainly because it broke! Sadly it means that a lot of the historical pictures have been forceably “cleaned-up”. However it has had a reset and is far smoother!
